A Sound Healing Journey begins with activating a protective healing circle around therapist and client, followed by a sacred cacao heart opening ceremony. Cacao is an ancient plant medicine revered by many ancient Mesoamerican cultures, used as a heart opener to more fully be able receive love, abundance and healing, the cacao ceremony is followed by a guided grounding meditation which prepares the client to be relaxed, present and in the body, able to fully receive the multifaceted, magical healing of the sound frequencies. Which is then followed by the sound healing journey with crystal singing bowls, drums, rattles, chimes and vocal toning, closing out with a sharing and integration period.
